Project Summary

My project is mostly finding if silicon membrane hard masks work on unconventional substrates other than diamonds, and to find other potentially cheaper and faster methods of nanofabrication on unconventional substrates. This is important because nanofabrication is used for electronics and many other things, and if it can be made faster and cheaper it will benefit everyone.
